Every SPIO^® orthosis order ships within 24 hours from our warehouse in Seattle, Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays.  No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday.  Within the US, you should receive your order within 2 to 6 business days via Ground shipping.  Outside the US, you should receive your order in 10 to 21 business days, depending on customs clearance time.
